Especially with GE Oil & Gas, Multimarine has completed the qualification for the Full Overhaul and Repairs (O&R) of GE VETCOGRAY HMF-H 90ft Riser Joints.

Our welding procedures cover all possible material combinations for riser repairs (API 5L X52, X80, AISI 4130, AISI 8630, SS316L, Monel 400 and Inconel 718). Our welding methods include SMAW, GTAW and SAW. We also offer full blasting and painting, heat treatment and pressure testing to 22.5k psi. Our inspection capabilities include Visual (VT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Ultrasonic (UTW and UT), Phased Array (PA), Radiography (RT), Dimensional and Hardness Testing.
