Renos Phokas has more than 35 years of experience in the Marine industry. Renos is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Marine Engineers (IMarEst). He founded Multimarine Services Ltd in 2001 where he immediately created a strong and highly experienced team, which since then attracted numerous local and international clients from the Marine and Oil & Gas Industries. Renos focused his professional career on offering high-quality services and created the reputation of a reliable and hard-working professional. This mentality was passed over to Multimarine Services Ltd where quality and client satisfaction are the two most distinct characteristics of the company.
Pavlos Phokas
Operations Manager
Pavlos Phokas holds an MSc in Management & Regulation of Risk from London School of Economics. Pavlos started his career as an HSE Advisor in the onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry in the North Sea. Pavlos' experience varies from offshore construction and commissioning projects, offshore maintenance projects, as well as FEED Projects. Pavlos holds the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, and is currently a student member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) working towards his Charter IOSH Status. He joined Multimarine in 2010 and brought in a wealth of experience as an HSE Professional in the Oil and Gas Industry. Pavlos' current role involves managing all operations of Multimarine Services Ltd.
Angelos Phokas
Director – Project Analysis
Angelos Phokas holds a BEng and MSc in Civil Engineering and an MBA gained from London Metropolitan University in 2001. Angelos started his career as a Civil Engineer in construction companies in London, Greece and Cyprus. He joined Multimarine in 2008 and added vast knowledge as a Project Manager. Angelos’ current role is the management of the Civil & Mechanical Engineering onshore projects of Multimarine Services Ltd.
Christos Antoniadis
Technical Director
Christos Antoniadis holds a BEng and MEng in Civil Engineering gained from London’s City University in 2001. Christos started his career as a Civil Engineer in construction companies in Greece where he had a long successful career in Building Projects, including roads, multi-storey houses, schools, public infrastructure and many more. He joined Multimarine in 2014 and is now leading the Engineering Department.
Philios Kassinos
QA/QC Manager
Phil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer registered by the Engineering Council (UK) as a member of the IMechE.
Phil has a comprehensive understanding of QBOK theories and is a flexible and participative leader of the Quality & Engineering Department with 7+ years of combined experience in QBOK, generalistic Engineering, certified Mechanical CAD, welding, NDT and R&D.
Ever since he joined Multimarine in 2013 and his presenace has significantly contributed to the Quality Management System; directing the efforts of management, staff and pertaining processes towards consistent fulfillment of customer needs and expectations without compromise.
Phil holds a BEng (1st class Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Manchester Metropolitan University (UK) and a MSc (distinction) in Mechanical & Bioengineering from the University of Nottingham (UK).
Tomasz Szmytka
Fabrications Manager
Tomasz Szmytka joined Multimarine Services Ltd in 2006 and he is now the head of the Ship Repairs and Fabrications Department. Tomasz’s determination and knowledge quickly enabled him to climb the hierarchy ladder and is now a member of Multimarine’s management team. Tomasz’s Department, together with the Field Engineering Department, co-ordinate on all activities both at the Fabircation Yard, and on all operations at Limassol Port.
