Multimarine completed the annual re-certification and testing of all the lifting points of various special machineries as following:
1- Air dryer Skids Gross Mass 16000 KGS
2- Compressor Skids Gross Mass 12000 KGS
3- Fuel tank containers Gross Mass 34000KGS
The Re-certification and testing include the following:
1- Visual assessment and inspection of all the welds and the structural steel
2- Pre Load Test Magnetic Particles Testing for all top and bottom lifting points
3- Proof Load testing of unit using calibrated and certified water bags, very accurate, precise and calibrated water meter to control the water flow rate in each water bag, calibrated remote Load cell and certified rigging and accessories.
4- Post Load test Magnetic particle testing
