Inspection of the Galley Foam installation system including galley ducts and issue of report / certificate
Fence, Door and Shelves in Dry Store
Fabrication and installation of a fence with a door in the dry store space for separating the dry store from the changing room.
Building new shelves in the dry store space as instructed with steel plates on the top of each shelve
New Glass on Bridge Roof
Removing the plexiglass installed temporarily at the roof of the bridge, cleaning the glass seat, cutting and fixing new rubber gasket in the seat / recess, purchasing a new glass, fitting it at the roof of the bridge and securing it with a new rubber gasket and the retaining ring
Stainless Steel Tank
Fitting and welding a new vent at the top of the tank and also fabrication and welding 4 new legs at the bottom, all s/steel
Emergency Escape Ladder in Bow Thruster Room
Disconnecting the existing ladder from it's place on the bulkhead in the bow thruster room and re-fitting it on the bulkhead leaving more space between the ladder steps and the bulkhead for easy climbing using new ladder clamp plates / supports welded on the bulkhead
Fabrication and fitting and welding new protection railings on the escape ladder at both, the lower and upper sections including new flat bar rings welded every 600-700mm and new vertical bars
Fabrication and welding a walk way with steps round the bow thruster motor for easy access to the escape ladder, with new galv flooring grating
Protection Railings on Crane Ladders on Main Deck
Fabricating and welding new protection railings at the back of the vertical ladders of the crane on main deck including new flat bar rings and new vertical bars
Relocation of Life Buoy Rings on Bridge Deck
Cutting the boxes of the life buoy rings from the railings at the fore side of the bridge deck, port and stbd, and relocating both of them at the aft sides of the steel boxes of the navigation lights at port and stbd sides of the bridge including welding new gussets and new steel supports
Reinstating the railings by welding new rail posts as required
