Ship Repairs

Multimarine carried out the following services on the vessel:

1. Offloading from heli deck material / spares / equipment and transfer / load them on forecastle deck
2. Offloading from main deck material / spares / equipment and transfer / load them on heli deck
3. Cutting off the seafastening plates of a pipe rack on main deck and removing it at the quay side and then load it on heli deck
4. Removing all pipes from the pipe rack and then the support bars of the steel pipes from the side of the rack
5. Cleaning and grinding the deck in way of the old seafastenings
6. Welding a new pad eye on the A Frame (aft leg)
7. Welding two new prefabricated plates c/w nuts at the fwrd and aft of the A Frame (lower beams) for the locking screws of the A Frame sliding platform
8. Completing the welding of a prefabricated pipe rack frame and installing / welding it in a position on main deck alongside a container for placing spare pipes
9. Erection of scaffolding in way of the A Frame for access to the sheaves, pad eyes, pulleys, snatch block, etc
10. Carrying out load testings and visual functional testing and visual examination of the following:
    1. 40 off shackles (10te, 8,5te, 6,5te, 3,25te)
    2. 2 off NOIZ Arm Trip
    3. 3 off Fwrd and Aft A FRAME fall arrest pad eyes
    4. Umbilical Poly Sheave
    5. Wire Rope 13mm, 4m
    6. Snatch Block
    7. Turnbuckle
11. Dismantling and removing the scaffolding erected in way of the A Frame for access to sheaves, pad eyes, pulleys, snatch block
12. Supply of 2 off Hand Lift (pallets lift), capacity 3Te each

Multimarine was awarded the fabrication of crane cradles (2off pedestal and crutch) as per attached drawings
