Multimarine carried out the following services on-board M/V MAJA:
Steel Repairs
1. One bulwark stiffener at the fore-end cropped and renewed
2. Two brackets inside the cargo hold cropped and renewed
3. Two steps on hatch coaming cropped and renewed including the cropping and renewal of two supporting brackets
4. The damaged edge of one hatch cover repaired as instructed
5. The bottom of the hatch covers raised up from the hatch coaming by either fitting and welding steel pads on the flat of the hatch coaming or by welding thick spots
Electrical Repairs
1. Repairing the AVR of the Generator No 1, by replacing the resistors with new ones
2. Installing the repaired AVR on the generator and performing run tests of the generator with good functioning results
3. Carrying out checks on Generator No 2 for remote starting and setting up / regulating the panel for remote starting as per chief engineer order
