Fitting and welding 5 pcs pad eyes at the deck head of the engine room, above the diesel generator no.3, in 5 different locations as instructed by the ship's engineers. Carrying out an NDT (magnetic particles inspection) of all 5 lifting pad eyes and issue of relevant certificate.
